In OoW and DoN, the same ranks of foci are used, applying to both dd and dots.

Magic = Muram's
Fire = Pyrilen
Cold = Gelidrin
Poison = Murk
Disease = Bazu

25% = Anger
30% = Fury
35% = Rage
40% = Vengeance

Above 40% are the "of Anguish"(45%) and then the Dragon(50%) foci:

Magic = Thunder of Anguish, Dragon Thunder
Fire = Fire of Anguish, Dragon Fire
Cold = Frost of Anguish, Dragon Frost
Poison = Venom of Anguish, Dragon Malady
Disease = Plague of Anguish, Dragon Bile

Since you noticed the damage foci coming together on dots/dds, you might also care that group/direct healing were reassembled from GoD, back into the same focus like they were in PoP.

Heal Focus

20% = Improved Healing V
25% = Boon of the Pious
30% = Blessing of the Holy
35% = Favor of the Pious
40% = Blessing of the Pious
45% = Blessing of Anguish
50% = Dragon Health
