As far back as velious we had pure attack buffs to pass out.

I think it's time we started doing something about the ridiculous limitations placed upon our spells. Sony has changed their minds about spell duration on spells that are powerful, so we need to get some things re-evaluated.
And by re-evaluated I don't mean a year of having smoke blown up our nether starfish with a "Currently being evaluated" which should translate to "Mostly forgotten."
