Thank you for your work at gettign answers (and getting a lot of hemming and hawing >_<)

What I find most disturbing is the statement that our slow reverse-proc spell is supposed to be a "pre slow" In use it most definately is NOT a pre-slow. A bard can pull with their slow so it actually is 'pre slowed' so some degree, for a reverse proc, the person with the spell on them must be activly being hit by the mob for it to go off.

I know that 98% of the time a mob is slowed either on incomming or within a second or 2 of incomming if it's going to be slowed at all. Other mobs dont even live long enough to spend the mana on slowing them when clearing trash. If lingering sloth was intended to be a pre-slow then it's not at all doing what was intended and ought to be considered a broken spell that needs fixing or replacing IMO.
