Call them up, if the first person you talk to doesn't answer your questions, ask for the supervisor. If they try to give you some crap about them being the manager of that area, or something, its b.s., everyone has a boss, including the CS guy that doesn't want to do his job. Evetually you will get transfered to someone that can do something, and it will get solved. Lots of companies have a rule, if a complaint makes it to the third level, they will actually do something to correct the problem.
