The Spirit Realm

I know there is already another thread stating our pets dps, but not high end. I just want you guys to know what high end Shaman have to deal with.









Obviously these are junk mobs, and they generally die in about 45 seconds. I was unable to take a screenshot of the entire parse per kill from my chat window, because I just ran out of room on my monitor. But as you can see, our pet does VERY poorly in high end zones. The only reason I acutally use my pet is to add another to my Panther list.

Big reason I started a shaman is because it was a healer with a pet. I didn't learn about slow till after I had picked it. All I knew was they had ghost pets and they could heal/buff.

We used to have competitions back in PoTime, every shaman present had to use pets the whole raid, whoever went through the least number of pets won. You could use any buffs or gear you wanted, but the pet had to be attacking each fight (exception being during Rallos AE Page) I think the record was 3 =/ Farthest I got on one pet was P1->Cazic, then he died again on Inny from DS damage and once again on quarm from the 500/tick DoT =/
