Firestormers of Povar:

Currently Recruiting Raiding:

Openings in all classes:

*Questions can be sent to vestacha@live.com if not done in game*

True and qualified raiders with current expansion raid gear and 1000+ aa's inquire for any class:

If you are able to dedicate 3 or more nights of raiding a week and do not think you meet our requirements please submit an application anyway!

FS offers a Friends and Family tag to folks who need help with levels or aa's

If you meet all the requirements and can maintain a solid raid % but think for some strange reason your character/playing skill "is not good enough" for an endgame guild /bonk! Toss in that appy!

FS uses a Classleader based system to get everyone on a equal playing field as quickly and as with as much fun as possible!
We are not your standard End Game Pure Raiding Guild! ~ FS understands people have children, jobs, school and other commitments outside of EQ: The nature of our DKP system allows for a fair loot distribution no matter what your raid attendance percent is. The more you raid the more DKP you have to spend on items. There is no merit loots in our DKP system.

Application Link!

● Applicant Requirements●

Required Level 85 :

All Expansions

1000 AAs minimum

Underfoot Expansion

General DKP and Trial Information:

35% raid attendance for 30 and 60 days, is the full member Active status.

Below this % there is a DKP bid cap restriction.

FS is a non-mandatory raid guild. However, we are working on the new expansion (fippy, 2 beasts , underborrow ) level content so serious raiders are preferred.

The guild membership average is between 65% and 80% raid attendance.

Raid Start times: 6pm Eastern till about 10pm Eastern Time : Sunday thru Thursday: Friday and Saturday are the usual set free nights.

FS runs a totally open DKP system :
All member DKP totals and loot history (price and purchase) are listed on the DKP page for member viewing.
Raid Dropped items are auctioned or bid upon in a loot channel all members must join.
There is no merit restrictions on general raid loot.

Trials do earn DKP and can bid on loot items even on their first raid. We expect some gear will be needed, the more raids you attend, the more DKP you earn and more loots you will get. The Average lower than standard FS trial can expect a 1-2k hp/mana improvement before the trial is even over but only if you can put the time in.

Every FS Trial Member is added with the expectation to pass. We work closely with our trials to get them the information they need to integrate smoothly and quickly into the raid force.

If have questions about our guild please send a "[tell" to povar.Vestacha, povar.Lindama or povar.Pomtwo in game.

** Note, if you are not a character of the above listed needed classes your application will be kept of file and reviewed as a first come first serve basis, when and if a spot does become available in the roster.

*** Friends and Family combinations are more than welcome to apply together. Please make sure to mention your relation to each other on your applications in the last question.

FS offers a Friends and Family status of membership as well as a Pre-Trial membership: If you are interested in either of these options please contact the above listed officers or Guild Leader Pomtwo.

Triton Guild on Povar server is looking for a motivated shaman. We are a progression minded guild working on new material in the Underfoot expansion. Triton is also has the longest history of any EQ high end raiding guild extending back more than ten years.

Our raid times are Saturday through Thursday 7:30 - 11:30 EST. Expectations are a 70 percent minimum raid attendance. Level 85 is a requirement and you will need a minimum of 1200 AAs that are well spent with emphasis in healing and defensive areas. Gear should be current expansion raid gear in the 25k hp and mana range.

If you want to raid with a strong guild and a good shaman team, please visit http://www.tritonguild.net or contact povar.Arrowheade in game.

Ascending Dawn - Zek Server

http://www.ascendingdawn.com

Ascending Dawn is primarily a raiding guild. That being said, we are aware and understanding about matters outside of Everquest which effect one's time inside Everquest. Ascending Dawn's leadership is comprised of a council of 7 Officers who are elected (and are put up for Re-election every 6 months) by the member base. Officer nominations are held when an Officer steps down, retires or is voted out of his position. We are currently looking for 1-2 Shamans who have solid playtime and are either skilled raiders or have the desire and ability to learn. If you are viewing this forum and play another class but find yourself interested please contact on of the Officers listed below.

Contacts
Officers:
;tell Zek.Deekex, ;tell Zek.Cannun, ;tell Zek.Teivel, ;tell Zek.Moordred, ;tell Zek.Oxuan, ;tell Zek.Gildurath, ;tell Zek.Sevh
Shaman Contact:
;tell Zek.Jaybizzer

Raid Hours and Content

We currently raid:
Sundays 7PM -12PM EST
Mon + Tues + Wed + Thurs 8PM - 12PM EST

We are currently raiding:
We have tower on farm (with the majority of the gear going to current recruits)
Have beaten Fippy a number of times pre-patch
Currently attempting to work on PG and hope to have the first 3 UF raids on farm soon.
We are currently fielding raids of Approx. 50 people

Requirements to Apply

Level 83
500 AA's
All expansions including Underfoot
Ability to maintain at least a 50% RA
High playtime outside of raids if you are behind on AA's, Levels, Gear

Zek and You:

Although Zek typically has a bad reputation I can assure you aside from being given the choice of fighting PvP the differences from a non-PvP server are small. I used to the word choice before on purpose - As Everquest has evolved into an instance intensive game, PvP has shifted from a fact of life on Zek, to a past-time certain people choose to engage in. Similarly, being as Ascending Dawn is undoubtedly the premiere PvP guild on the server, any contested open zone (a rarity) is yours for the taking. If PvP is not for you it is almost always easily avoidable but if it so happens you want to test yourself against a player opponent the option is always available and your guild mates always at the ready.

Loot System
Ascending Dawn uses a Weighted Loot Value system. The system works as such - Every hour during our raids a log is taken. 1 log per hour is given unless special circumstances allow for more (Special circumstances include and are almost exclusively comprised of Progression raids where 2 logs per hour are given). Each item is given a designated value of 1 through 5. When you loot an item you are charged the value of the item and it is put in your loot history. Your loot history is comprised of all the loots you have received in the last 200 logs you have attended (Your last 200 or fewer hours of raiding). The sum total of all item values in your loot history adds up to your Weighted Loot Value and your Weight Loot Value is lowered 200 logs after you loot an item. If you have any questions feel free to contact any of the officers listed above
Example: I loot a Tower Chest Essence on my 10th Log in the guild (I am charged a value of 3 for this loot). I now have a WLV of 3. I loot a Tower weapon on my 60th log in the guild (I am charged a value of 5 for this loot). I now have a WLV of 8. I raid for another 151 Logs bringing my total to 211. As my chest essence was looted over 200 logs ago I lose 3 from my WLV and my WLV is now 5.

Recruitment Period
In order to be eligble for full membership a player is expected to complete several requirements. These requirements are:
Level 85 (Although this is expected to be completed within your first week in the guild)
Fulfilling Class AA requirements (Typically somewhere in the 1100 range)
Gaining approval from Class Rep. (Demonstrate ability to perform duty on raids)
Having attended 125 raid logs (This takes 5 weeks at 100% raid attendance and no double logs - Currently, with double logs, this period is shorter)
Showing reasonable character progression outside of raids (Gear, Augs, UF and Void Flagging)

Notes
If you do not meet the requirements listed above please contact an Officer to discuss your options
If you have ANY questions about the guild or Zek please contact an Officer
If you are a cross server applicant please note you are very much welcome and if you find yourself reluctant to transfer without knowing more about the guild please let myself or another Officer know and we can put your in touch with any of our current recruits - We offer this so people can get a less biased and more realistic perspective of the guild (It doesn't benefit anyone if you join but find out it isn't what you're looking for - You won't play as much which sucks for both the guild and you and you won't have a good time when you do play which sucks for you).
Application is located under the Guild tab (Which when filled out will automatically make a post and update your permissions on the forum) which can be accessed after you register on the http://www.ascendingdawn.com website (Please use your in game name when registering).

Remember that regardless of your current situation (Raid experience, gear, AA's etc.) if you have the dedication, playtime and the desire to be at the top we can help you get there. If you are online actively looking for things to do it'll be a short period of time before you're among the best.

Alarius, a late evening PST guild on the Cazic Thule server, is recruiting Shaman as well as other classes.

We just got tower flagged and will be learning it in the coming weeks, please come learn with us.

Also we have done Pallorax and VL hard mode.

Alarius is an adult guild with an excellent reputation for skill and fair play. We raid three nights a week: Sunday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9pm-12am PST. We are committed to working together to progress as a guild; however, we do not race through content. We find our way through high end events the Alarius way.

We require level 85 and 400 AA to apply and 600 AA before you can become a full member.

If you're looking for a guild that believes in quality over quantity then check us out. We do more with less!

We are an end game raiding guild who's goal is to beat each expansion while it's still current and experience the hardest content EQ has to offer. We've been successful at this for over 10 years now and we're still doing it. We also try to avoid exploits and cheats overly 'creative' tactics and play the game as intended. If a 54 man raid is beatable without lockouts by 12 people dressed in a full suit of Blackened Iron (magical immunity!) while wielding a Glowing Lightstone in one hand and a fishing rod in the other and chain clicking Grim Aura earrings, then we'll assume that wasn't intended and avoid using it as 'strategy'. We're an EST based guild who raids four nights a week on the following schedule:

Sundays:..........2pm to around 8pm EST (11am-5pm PST) or later depending on content and progression
Mondays:..........6pm to around 10pm EST (3pm-7pm PST) or later depending on content and progression
Wednesdays:...6pm to around 10pm EST (3pm-7pm PST) or later depending on content and progression
Thursdays:.......6pm to around 10pm EST (3pm-7pm PST) or later depending on content and progression

Our loot system is a DKP system with loots being a set price so everyone earns the same DKP and pays the same price for loots they receive. We aim to keep our numbers low while still filling raids, so this means high attendance is a must. While we require high attendance, we get our lock outs in 4 days of raiding leaving time to play with non-raiding friends, EXPing, farming, questing, or just having a life outside EQ. This allows us to gear everyone up faster without diluting gear across 100+ accounts, and also means very little sitting out of full raids.

Where else are you gonna find a bleeding edge guild that doesn't take up all your time and even if your last in the looting order will gear you head to toe? If this appeals to you, check out our web page:

Valorguard Recruitment (Nameless Server)

Postby Marneth » Thu May 13, 2010 4:29 pm

Valorguard is currently recruiting quality people and players of the following classes:
Bard
Cleric
Druid
Enchanter
Magician

The minimum requirements to apply if your class is Open are level 85 + 900 AA.
Korafax group flag is highly recommended; lacking this flag will severely limit your ability to raid with us.
Our raid nights are Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday; from 7:00-11:00pm EST.
Our current targets include Tower, Fippy, and the Beast. We are currently working on The Unburrowing.

Valorguard is one of the oldest and most respected guilds on the former Nameless Server (now Erollisi Marr) and VG members are very proud to be part of the family. We are always looking for skilled players who fit in well with our friendly, helpful guild culture. We never close recruiting for any particular class completely; instead, we merely become more selective for a given class.

Valorguard is not a "hard-core raiding guild" since we typically raid only 3 nights per week, however, we do make constant progress through the game due to the dedication and discipline of our members and leaders on raid nights. We seek out people who play regularly, however, Valorguard is a totally volunteer organization with no mandatory attendance requirements. We understand that our members also have real lives that take priority over gaming. Recruiting slots for classes we are lacking are opened periodically to cover our group and raid needs.

Valorguard is a collection of players who genuinely want to help each other advance through the game and have fun doing it. This is most evident during non-raid times where members are free to form groups to accomplish their single-group goals. Members are generally willing to help their guildmates in whatever way they can. Applicants should have a good attitude and be supportive and willing to help other guildmates.

If your class is listed as "Closed", that means that VG is currently well staffed in your class and there is not a need to recruit an additional player of that class. However, we realize that there are exceptional players out there and we understand the benefit to the guild by not turning them away. Therefore, we have a process where a player of exceptional skill with a highly-experienced character can apply to Valorguard as an "exceptional applicant". The requirements for Exceptional Applicants are considerably higher than those of a standard applicant, and are based on the stats of our current members in that class. Please visit the Valorguard website for further information.

If Valorguard sounds like the right guild for you, please feel free to visit our website at http://www.valorguard.com/ and stop by our app channel (vgapp:honor). You may also guest with us on our raids with no obligation if you are interested in applying and would like to get a closer look at Valorguard (however all guests must be at least level 85 with 900 AA).

If you have any questions, or would like to discuss applying, please feel free to contact any member of Valorguard's leadership team:
Iwenn (Guildmaster)
Iheart (Webmaster)
Marneth (Recruiting Officer)
Kiiks (Officer)
Stargazer (Officer)
Hammerfur (Officer)
Issk (Officer)
Shagium (Officer)

Thank you for your interest in Valorguard!

Appotus Dominus. We are the drunken masters of Maelin Starpyre! Uh... Drinal. And we are in need of a shaman with high raid attendance. Need not have experience with sacrificing llamas or palm reading, but experience keeping people alive and helping them smash slash and maim anything that doesn't walk on two legs (and some things that do) is a plus.

AD is an 8 year old, stable guild of good folks who value good nature and good humor over all, but we do what we must to get the job done. Our first demolishing of the Tower of Discord took place some under a year ago and Fippy is on farm status currently. We're working on The Beast Below and have stuck our toes in the waters of Pellucid Grotto's raid event.

Requirements:

Level 85, 1000 AAs (or close)
The Gates of Disc--- uhh, Underfoot expansion.
SoD progression to Korafax. Tower key not required.
A good head and functional gear for our current content. At least SoD T5 gear (or very close) is a must.
All augs filled out is appreciated and preferred.
We require 50% raid attendance but the higher the better. We need a dedicated person to their class and to their guild who likes waffles. Okay, not really so much the waffle part.
We raid Sunday to Thursday at 6PM CST to 10PM and use a DKP system with open bidding.
Please have an updated magelo profile.

Any class is more than welcome to inquire about becoming an applicant. We are also especially seeking warriors, clerics, berserkers, rogues, necromancers, wizards, and knights.

If killing huge evil dogs and snails and ants is your thing and you think you might fit the bill of what we desire, please drop someone a tell before submitting an application:

Officers:

Velnarin (Leader)
Chilrails (Recruitment)
Windcallerr
Solarkat
Fastios
Ione

Visit our website at http://www.appotusdominus.com for more info!

Inverse Logic, Stromm's #1 guild, is recruiting a few more players that are seeking that
balance between in game progression and still maintain a life outside the game.
We are the #1 raiding guild on our server even though we raid the least of the top 4 guilds
through hard work and focused players allowing us to achieve many goals in a short time.

In promoting that balance between EverQuest and Real Life adventures
we currently raid only 3 days per week which are:

* Tuesdays 7pm to 11pm CST.
* Thursdays 7pm to 11pm CST.
* Sundays 6pm to 11pm CST.

Our current content is farming Fippy, and Tower (regular and hard mode) and have killed Beast.
However with the talent we currently have in addition to you and high caliber players like yourself
adding to the Inverse Logic team our content and targets are ever changing and progressing.

The leadership of Inverse Logic is committed to provide an online gaming experience
for our members who want to accomplish a lot in game but still have fun doing it.

If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of and want more information
please browse our site at http://inverselogic.guildportal.com
or send a tell to our officers stromm.Kriska, stromm.Daremok, stromm.Phyros, stromm.Guels, stromm.Obione

We look forward to meeting you and potentially having you be part of this great team!

Postby Wildeone » Wed Jun 16, 2010 11:13 am

Travelers of Norrath is looking to add several players to our ranks. Among our highest needs are: Clerics, Shamans, Enchanters, and Knights. However, we encourage other classes to submit applications as well.

We are an eastern-based raiding guild that uses DKP as our loot distribution system. Our raid times are Sunday (5 pm EST - 8 pm EST), and Tuesday – Thursday (8 pm EST – 11 pm EST).

We are currently transitioning from Tower to Early Underfoot, and have three kills of Fippy, with progress made on the Cooling Chambers Beast.

For more information on the Travelers, check out http://www.tonsaryrn.net/ , and check our forums for more information on applying.

Feel free to contact Rolaque, Wildeone, or Shattir for further information.

Raging Fury - Antonius Bayle

Postby Brilhasti » Thu Jun 17, 2010 3:37 am

Raging Fury is an end-game raid guild currently working on An Audience with Brell Serilis in Tier 7.

As a guild we do not set a long list of required AAs that we want every applicant to have. We make our decision based upon the guilds current as well as future needs, and upon the demonstrated ability/activity of the player involved. However, there are certain AAs which are essential for each class/raid survivability and you will be required to have them.

With the introduction of Underfoot, our raid focus has shifted and expanded to new horizons, and new enemies. Therefore we are mostly done with raiding SoD. There may, however, be occasional tower runs while the new UF events are on lockout.

The content we are raiding requires a lot from players, both gearwise and attention wise. While we are willing to provide the first for you, the second is something you will have to prove to us during your trial period and after.

Raging Fury's raiding schedule is as follows:

# Monday - Thursday: 19.00 - 23.00 CET
# Sunday: 16.00 - 23.00 CET (With an added break in between)

The more active and pro-active of a player you are, the better the chance of you making it as a Full Member of RF. Trialists and Full Members are expected to be on for raid start time and maintain a raid attendance of 70% or higher.

For more information visit our website at: http://www.raging-fury.org/

You can also contact our recruiters Illandra or Nalelini in game.

The Hellfire Club on Cazic-Thule, or Fennin-Ro as some stubborn people want to call it, is looking for a few shaman. http://www.thehellfire.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=2 will take you to our recruitment section.

Pretty much, we're a dkp guild, with only one or two items actually restricted to a certain class. Generally speaking its a low drama guild, with a relaxed raiding approach. We have a rolling raid attendance for 30/60/90 days, as long as you stay above 45% you can bid on items. We raid Wednesday Friday Saturday and Sunday, 8pm est wednesday and friday, 1pm est on the weekend. We're currently working on Fungal Forest and Creation, we've beaten Lichen Creep, Deconstruction, Queen, and all the others below it.

Bear in mind, you have to be able to heal and click your epic, if you can't main heal a group of dps then you might want to reconsider.

Feel free to contact Hierl in game, or Echota, Laedyinya in game for further information.

Legion of Valor on Bristlebane is recruiting a few good shaman.

We're a four day a week, casual raiding/family guild (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Start time is usually 7:30 CST, and will run till 10 or 11 CST). We've got Fippy and Beast kills, with designs on moving deeper into UF raiding (tower on farm). Applicants should be level 85, with 1000aa's and epic. We're a DKP guild, with a fun family type atmosphere. There's no minimum RA to adhere to, all we ask is that if you're online, you raid during raid times (of course, more dedicated raiders are always welcome!).

Contact Gerg, Oakblade, Nerian, or MrHyde in game for more information (can pm me on these boards as well), or simply visit our website, http://www.lovguild.com

We are recruiting pre launch and still need all classes. When we are the level to do so we plan on raiding 3 nights a week (non mandatory but strongly encouraged). We plan on getting the job done, but having fun while doing it.

Guild Site: http://rfa.guildportal.com

In game on Antonious Bayle (before launch) send tells to Grudus, Konigkong, Luvesie, or Petalan.

Look forward to seeing you on launch day!

Firestormers is once again accepting applications for Shaman!

We raid Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 pm Eastern until roughly 10:00. High playtimes, specifically those that can be on at start time.

Visit our website at firestormers.com, and feel free to contact any of our officer crew below.

● Applicant Requirements●

Required Level 90 :

All Expansions

1000 AAs minimum

●Required Keys ●
HoT - Achievements -
It's dangerous to Go Alone
Have Fun Storming the Castle

General DKP and Trial Information:

45% raid attendance for 30 and 60 days, is the full member Active status.

Below this % there is a DKP bid cap restriction.

FS is a non-mandatory raid guild. However, we are working our way through HoT content so serious raiders are preferred.

Crimson Tempest is looking for a few new Shaman for the new expansion. CT is the top guild on Drinal and one of the top guilds server-wide with all content including War currently on farm status.

Currently we are raiding Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7:30-10:30p eastern. Until the new expansion is beaten we will up that to 5 or 6 days a week. We are looking for people who think they can keep around 75% attendance during those core raiding times, but if you think you are close to that we would still like to talk to you.

If you have any questions please PM me here, visit the website at website, or contact an officer in game.

New year, same needs :)

Crimson Tempest

Crimson Tempest is looking for a few new Shaman for the new expansion. CT is the top guild on Drinal and one of the top guilds server-wide for over a decade.

Currently we are raiding Sunday - Thursday from 7:30-10:30p eastern. We are looking for people who think they can keep around 75% attendance during those core raiding times, but if you think you are close to that we would still like to talk to you. Once everything is on farm we will drop down to the 2 or 3 days needed to clear out the current TBM raids.
