Suggestion to make HoTT more useful

I don't know if there is a way to code this yet, if there is i haven't found a way to make it work. If this is not in the game yet i think it would be a huge improvment in debuffing multi mobs where OT are involved. Typically i have a hot key set up, something like:
/rsay << %t >> Slowed
Well when slowing 5-6 mobs at a time (which is more common nowdays) and having same names, I was wondering if there is a way to get the Target's Target coded into the message.
Example: /rsay t%t << %t >> Slowed
It would read...soandso <<noc>> Slowed
To me it seems we waste more mana/time overwritten each others slows with all the choices we have, between, Tugars, BoN, BoD, etc.
