TBS NDA LIFTED!

Bug riddled yet enjoyable, that's my view of VG. I'm playing it casually on toganor. EQ is still 'my game' but i've always played other games casually on the side in addition =)
As for TBS and the NDA being lifted, most of the shaman relavent info is in the spell forum or in the sting nerf thread. Other than that my biggest beaf is... the new models suck, totaly. The new shissar are so increadibly bad, they should scrap them entierly and use the old ones... The new human models for the combine people and pirates are very poorly animated, horibly proportioned, and so androgynous you cant tell their genders apart, even when you're standing 2 feet from them, half the time. That said there are some very nice models in tbs, the sirens are hawt and well animated for example. Unfortunately it seems that most if not all of the art team that brought us the great models with awsome animations from DoD, like the werewoofs, the clockwork gnomes, even the new drachnids and orcs, no longer works for EQ1, as the latest wave of models is so increadibly bad it's going to drive people from the game when they force the models upon people.
From talk with some of the devs, the 'new' pc models, drakkin and human, are not really any more efficient or less laggy than luclin ones, and the way that they were planning on saving memory was that when they roll out new pc models, they would remove the old world and luclin ones from the game, forcing everyone to use the new ones, like it or not...
If you want to see a pathetic human... Guess what gender this is...
Wrong, that's not a guy, that's a female human... the models are so bad you cant even tell...
That's with all graphical options turned on... that's as good as they get people....
