Cons: 1k mana is expensive, 1:3 ratio the same as other nukes we have
Pros: still have a nuke that can crit for 8k+, still has 0.5s cast and 12s recast, averaged out efficiency with focusses/crits is 1:5, average DPS still 250+ stackable with other shammy DPS
Impact: mana bar will be near empty more often, will have to OOC regen more, SC/GRB, and/or actually seek out chanter/druid/BST mana regen buffs, probably will end up casting it slightly less often before, but will definitely still be casting this baby

Stings not the problem. Lunarlight is the problem. It's as efficient as out group HoT, way wrong IMO.
HoT's should be more efficient that direct heals, because they are a lot weaker, you cannot top them up.

Until sting we didnt have a nuke that made it worthwhile buying the nuke aa's. Now that many of the shaman community have spent over 100 aa's on the nuke line they nerf the only spell that makes them worthwhile.
I agree with Jaraman that I will still be casting it but this leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth.
