I was somewhat half-heartedly saving DKP for one (we've seen two drop in a dozen or so Saryns) however I finally lost patience and bought some random Time shield which of course now ensures a TA will drop next week when I have minimal DKP again.
I doubt very much if we'll be doing Time long enough for all the active Shaman to get one so I've resigned myself to going without.

Congrats! So they still DO drop on Tunare? 
In all the time our guild has done Saryrn (since May), we only saw 1 drop. I got lucky then, but my fellow shaman in the guild have been shut out since. May you enjoy yours!

I've had my TA forever (first one on my server) so I've used it more than any other piece of gear except for my AoN. When TA first dropped it was godly due to the fact that Turgurs was our only slow. This gave us a mana free slow and one extra spell slot to use. Once BoD was introduced, the TA became a luxury to me as opposed to a necessity. When I raided, I always had BoD memmed and used it for the most part. TA was nice if there were multiple adds, but not gamebreaking. I always use TA when I solo and group however. Probably because I'm lazy and hate swapping spells but I have no problem slowing group or solo content.

This brings up an interesting point. If you don't play a Vah Shir, but everyone thinks you do, do you then acquire the gender identity issues real Vah Shir have?
