Valid concern. You'll still be getting those benefits while in combat and while out of combat, but not resting. Beyond that, though, I'm considering dropping racial XP penalties entirely for a variety of reasons, this one included. I have issues with them and how they cause friends who play together to level at different rates and eventually be unable to play with each other anyway.

I read that by Rash earlier. Was very happy to hear that at least its under consideration. Having to effectively level to 76, just for 12 extra regen or something, was really bumming me out hehe.

I'm not really sure if I feel the same way about the ogre stun deal, because that is still useful at higher levels.

i have no problem with them taking away racial xp penaties. however, i should be allowed the optiont o switch my race to ogre then =p
