If you want max efficiency, for the moment go with 4 levels of AH and all levels of GoM, that will put you at 1/10 chance of a gom proc, and 1/12.5 AH procs.

If you max both, you are going to get 9/100 gom and 1/10 AH procs.

I'd personally go with the first choice until you get max AA, then just 1-900-MixALot it and buy the 5th level so you can save 30.
A high end Cleric or Druid won't get 1 rounded by a 10k damage, one day shaman can say the same =/
