Just finished the Widdlethorpe mission with the traps in them. You move wrong, you trigger a trap and get nuked for 2k+, and stunned. A second 2k nuke and stun follows that. You live through that you're OK if you don't trigger another trap. BUT, another groupmember will move and trigger the trap, which AEs the group again. Takes careful coordination, and I learned to go into each area cautiously with an HOT running on myself.
Fighting the Named priest took 2 efforts. After clearing his priest guards, he will immediately engage on last guard's death. At 75%, 50%, and 25%, he will spawn 4 adds. Our strategy 2nd time was rush named, melee him (no dots), mezz him after wave of adds pop, park adds and assist tank taking each add down one by one, resume meleeing Named, and rinse and repeat.
Entire mission took 4 hours, and learning the traps took half the time. All this is supposedly part of the +50 to all resists mask, and you need 24 total missions done to get it? Arghh....still have 68 and 69 spells to get, and who still does these? You ask me, the whole DOD mission concept is a trap itself, lol, requiring huge timesinks and patience for that dangling carrot at the end.
