SoW scales from level 9 (34% increase) to 50 (55% increase). The philters have a series of fixed casting levels, ranging from level 10 (philter I) to 50 (Philter V). If you quaff a Philter of the Wolf V, you get the same spell effect as a level 50+ beastlord, druid, ranger, or shaman casting SoW on you. At level 50+, SoW and Bih`Li overwrite, regardless of level, duration extension, etc., so it stands to reason that the level V philter should overwrite the spell versions, but it certainly doesn't seem to be the case (my 40+ paladin had a level V philter bounce once when trying to refresh, so I always click off the old before quaffing now).

Solteris, the Throne of Ro is a completely unstable zone.
Dunno if it's just povar, but if you raid in Solteris for more then 2 hours, the zone becomes unstable to the point of crashing.
Povar as a server already crashes more then 3x per week aside from all the Solteris crashes.
As if the zone wasn't hard enough.

Seems last patch has put Shaman HoT back into regular buff window instead of the short term buff window.

Been doing alot of grinding lately, notice Swift Like the Wind wont stick to me (the shaman casting it).

Casting the spell, or using my Scaled Avatar's Hauberk, it sticks every time on dogdog, but targetting myself. No matter how I try, the buff never appears.

Use Talisman of Celerity for yourself, anyway, it lasts quite a bit longer and has the same % haste. Much less hassle.
