I am sure it has been reported several times before, but I cannot seem to see it on the main list:

The cannibalise series of spells and AA remove spell-shield and spell-rune buffs without saving any damage.

Any other class, prior to starting an encounter with AoE nukes going off can be buffed with spell-shield or spell-rune line of buffs. Shaman cannot benefit from these buffs because each time we hit our Canni button it removes the buff protection. Example: clicky efefct is meant to protect against 20% of incoming spell damage up to a maximum of 500 hp (=2500 spell damage before the buff is worn out). However, when I hit my canni AA and do 1925 damage to myself, this damage is used to reduce the power of the spell-rune WITHOUT saving me from any damage. So when I then hit pained memory, that remove the last 575 hp left on the rune and I have totally lost my spell-shield buff without being saved any damage.

The spell shield buff series should not be affected in any way by canni. Or, alternatively, spell shield buff series should be totally effective with canni and reduce the amount of canni damage. What should not happen is that the spell-shield buffs get destroyed by canni without any spell shield benefits.

i way i found to undo shrink is to go skelly form. Like the clicky mask from last year. Then grow yourself to max and unclick it. you will be back to normal size. its a hassle but it works.

Ok...so now PoW hits the whole group. Five minute refresh means that casting on a raid of say, 5 groups would take TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES??? By then, of course, it's nearly time to start re-buffing the first group because their PoW is soon to wear off.

We don't use mgb to buff, we save mgb for heals during the fight.

So, let's compare PoW and ToT:
a) 1k mana vs 450m
b) 35 minute duration vs 150 minute duration
c) increase dis/poi/cor resist by 71 vs increase dis/poi resist by 65
d) recast time of 300 seconds vs recast time of 5 seconds

Any reason on the earth to ever use PoW? Sorry, but unless the need for corruption resist is a raid-breaker, I'll never ever use this spell in its present form. As far am I'm concerned, it is still VERY broken.
