Yup, I refer my guild to this site for progression info on quests quite often. This site consistently has info available before any other site, including the pay sites.
Much respect for the job you guys do.

I'm a Paladin and even I know this place is great. I first came to the old Crucible looking up leet info for my baby froggy Shaman, but the vale of the info there and especially here has made it a regular stop for me!

Simply put, Shaman pay more attention to things than others, and the gregarious nature of those that play shaman makes us want to share info.
Kudos Sam

Bud, you've built an anchor on the web that many, many, many besides our class use.
If this site was not here, quite a few people would feel,, adrift, without home or source of wisdom and guidance on their journeys in norrath and vs. Sony's dev team.
Thanks Sam, for taking up the horn of challenge and building a new crucible within wich to forge ideas.

Yeah but as a Barbarian you can't cannibalize like a Vah Shir can. Excuse me while I eat some pussy!

If you want to know something about Everquest, you ask a good necro or a good shaman. Ask necros if you're looking for mob/zone information, shaman for player mechanics. There are standout individuals in other classes, but for real, those are just the exceptions that prove the rule.
I attribute the difference from all the other classes to player engagement with the game. Good necromancers and good shaman are both doing something 100% of the time, casting-clicking-targetting-whatever. There's a ton of options built into both classes, and it's no coincedence that both have the tools to take on the world solo or contribute really meaningfully to multiple aspects of cooperative play. Nec and Shm are also the two least mana restricted casting classes, too, which lets us stay involved with the game more full-time.
