You can claim your veteran AAs for as many characters as you have years played. Once its claimed you cannot reverse that decision. In your case you should be able to claim Veteran AAs in 0.1 years for another character.

I have a weird one with respect to Vet awards. May main account is pretty much spot on. An alt account started in May 99 has only 5 vet awards. An old account that was started at about the same time and has been unsubscribed for at least 2 if not 2.5 years I reactivated yesterday (free period available so I wanted to check if I had left anything handy there), did a /veteranReward and has 7 rewards. This account definately has not been paid for in absolutely ages.

Pretty wonky really.
