Right, that's my recollection too. We may have determined what percentage mob_982374 mitigates for, but every "mostly effective" mob might have a differnt mitigation. The numbers probably represent a range, but since we always use our best slow, it seemed like a pointless mountain of work to track down the slow effectiveness of every mitigating mob in game just to be able to put numbers on a chart when the result wouldn't affect gameplay.
Did I say that right?
