I am not into playing other games much besides EQ, so I don't know what this game is like, but to be honest, that sounds like a neat idea....I wouldn't be surprised to see more entrepreneurs realizing the potential of investing in virtual property, after all, these types of games are played by millions of people, on a daily basis...talk about the easiest job of marketing ever, your product can pretty much sell itself.
The sad thing is that little tidbit down at the bottom, about IGE handling deals over 100k. The thought of them brokering deals valued at over 100k sounds crazy, but I think back to when someone sold their business on FV a year or two ago, supposedly for something like 25k...and this guy wasn't even all that large.

The thing that makes this a little odd, is that if I read it correctly, the actual company that puts out the game sold him the "property"
Imagine SOE selling people zones, and we all get a cut of the loot.
WTB Anguish !

Now that I think about it, I'd pick Everfrost for obvious reasons..that and so I make Martar a gimp so all the noobs can rejoice in killing him for his 20pp cloak
