speaking for the majority of the population, TO MUCH INFORMATION!!

and that being said someone responded to a post i made earlier and how i used being an engineer as an excuse. Its not an excuse its a way to rationalize things. I know my spelling and grammar are not up to par, however im pretty sure that its more than adequate to make a logical argument that isnt painful to read. And yes when i said im an engineer it is one of those ones that peoples lives are responsible with, structural engineer. I make sure your buildings stay standing!

and im curious if the person made a comment about my post because my grammar was lacking. i reread my post and didnt seem that bad.

The "engineer" thing is more endemic to technical professionals than a specific attack on that post, I think. Many people use "good with numbers" as an excuse to write badly, insinuating that they're different and mutually exclusive intrinsic abilities. MY clear insinuation I hope is that they're very much not. Being "able to write" is not the same as being "a writer", and anyone who considers themselves smart enough to claim ANY craft should be more than capable of the former without pejoratively associating clear communication with artsy-fartsy crap.

WTF?! I don't mind many acronyms, LFG, WTF, PST, etc(LOL), but when you use "U R a nub" in a post it is too much. I also realy hate when folks make a post, send a tell, /ooc or use in a title, the gaggle of question marks ploy.

That's a great read. It has gems of knowledge and wisdom in it, including the true definition of "ploot" (P.L.O.O.T.I.N.G = Petty Looting Of Obscure Things Is Not Good). Oh, and ... "A dot is more aggro than a nuke, dots have an acronym, nukes don't, therefore acronyms must have aggro." Pure wisdom. /nods
