I thought Hate, Fear and Sky (not listed?) were all static zones. Is Hate 2.0 instanced? I haven't spent much time there since the revamp, except to help a few guildmate with a quest.

I don't have Hate and Sky on my Antonica map, if that's what you're asking, because I didn't understand them to be technically 'on' Antonica, but part of the 'outer planes', nebulously elsewhere - like PoP planes.
I have Fear and the instanced version of Hate for the Rogue Epic listed because you only get there (as far as I know) directly from Antonica.
I have Theater of Blood there because I didn't know where else to put it, really. If anyone feels that other planes need to be linked to/from Antonica, please let me know. I'm far from an expert in the "Altered Planes"... or anything else.

Pretty nice. First time I've seen this.
You'll want to move the POK book location from Crescent Reach to Blightfire Moors, however.
Also the guild port location from Crescent Reach to Goru'kar Mesa

I don't think the new TSS zones are connected enough. It seems to me there should be a zone from Misty Thicket to Stone Hive, and a connection between Rathe Mountains and somewhere. Perhaps back doors from South Ro and South Karana to Goru'Kar Mesa, since it's The Serpent's Spine mountains that divide them? I really like the idea of filling in the Norrathian map (hopefully Faydwer gets this treatment next) but it's not seeming organic enough to me. Like the missing zone lines out of The Broodlands. It's been over a year, those gnomes can't bust through to Everfrost?
