Just seeking some confirmation or explanation of some of the mob "pathing" issues we have seen in guild raids since PoR went live .....
We are constantly observing mobs "warping" from where they spawn to where they are headed. These are in encounters we have defeated previously, but are now finding extremely difficult due to not being able to contain the adds .....
The most obvious Raids we have seen this occur in is Draygun, Council of Nine (it happens in Ashenback in Relic too, but we don't know if that one is by design) ....
So we are fighting Draygun, all is fine, the adds spawn, the Off Tanks engage, and seconds later an add is right along side Draygun being absorbed .... nobody saw it "path" there, it just suddenly "appears" there (where as before PoR, the Off Tanks would see the mobs heading towards Draygun and engage before they get to him) ....
It also happens for us in Council of Nine raid ... raid going smoothly, first Council man pops, and instead of pathing from spawn point to the Raid (and previously giving Off Tanks time to engage), he pops and then next time he is seen is right alongside the Avatar next to the Clerics (whom then get silenced) ... wheras before PoR, we could setup so that the Council man never made it thru the Off Tanks to the Clerics ....
Am I dreaming?!? Has anybody else experienced adds "warping" and not "pathing"?!? Is it making anybody elses previous strats for mobs broken?!?
Thanks for the feedback, no matter what it is
