Innate See Invis, Eternal Breath, Ultravision....reminds me of another era....
(fades to yesteryear)
Imagine an RPG where an Elf or Halfling race could see in the dark...albeit it looked like late dusk or early twilight... where noises coming from around you alerted you to ADDs more than your sense of vision did.
Where the new human races were actually near blind at night. Dungeon crawls were dark, scary affairs.
Where you only found out about the hidden underwater entrance to the abandoned, haunted Dark Elf mansion by having access to the local rogue guild.
It was that same rogue who had called together his old adventuring partners -- by luring them with rumor of great, magical armor and a forbidden tome of elemental magic lost within that mansion. The rogue yet held respected command of his peers.
Only he didn't tell them about the Reclusive Hydra. The Hydra that legend holds to have a thousand lives. Forget that. His newly acquired Cape of Stealth -- which so far even his see-invis magician friend could not see thru -- that glorious Cape is going to escort him straight to the fabled Crimson Ruby of the Eternal Now. A thousand lives indeed....
(snaps back to EQ reality)
3/6/9 is a decent bargain for our new Shielding AA.
But unless they significantly boost the chace to occur, Gift of Mana and Abundant healing still seem expensive to me. Seriously, 25 AAs for a 1-in-10 chance of a random 300pt HoT...?
