I may no longer be bound by the NDA, but I'm trying to simmer down before I post my concerns about this expansion so I can remain relatively civil.
Initial feelings, hopelessly rushed, busted AA's, nerfs to existing AA functionality and a list of issues with new spells as long as a very long thing.
One massive highlight (unless it's been changed again) we now get a normal recast MalX spell called Malis, the tradeoff we pay for no extended recast is 2x the mana cost.

I'm anxious to hear about new spells -- specifically what they do (course, they can be tweaked between now and release), how they're obtained and at what levels. The idea of a normal recast Mal-X is sexy. Also, curious to see the new AA's. Heard a few good rumors about an upgraded Cannibalization AA!

Grabbed this from the SOE boards:
There new consider colors.Grey, Green, lblue, dblue, white, yellow, purple, red. The colors between consider/target box/cursor target are not yet the same.Same with tracking. Also there new consider message, some mobs will say it require an army to kill, even with dblue.
Grey = old green
Green = old lblue
Lblue = dark blue
Dblue = dark blue(your level - 5) (gives good exp)
White = old white
Yellow = + 1 level
Purple = + 2 levels

Inktu'ta was nice, where there were chests of loot (some were just runes!) for completing tasks.
