These four augments were bugged and were missing solvents. They have been fixed and will go out with next patch:

Kessdona's raid was pushed out to Live servers late last night. It should be bulletproof now.

The tasks that include steps in Innothule should be working correctly again now. Thank you for bringing up the tasks in Mistmoore. With the revamps of Mistmoore and Paw the tasks going there will need to be double checked. I will see if there is any way to keep them around or if they should be removed
