Bad enough that other classes get upgrades, and we get new (mitigated) slows, but Rytan screwed up there as well.
Apparently lingering sloth does -8000% to melee mitigation. Yes, that's -8000 PERCENT. I tested it on a blue con--it hit me for 17k damage in 1 shot!

P.S. I hope people don't start griefing. Already bugged it, told a GM, etc. It's castable out of group. You could also charm/buff/kill I suspect for some serious AA, etc.

Its already been fixed on test and hashed/rehashed here and on EQlive. I seriously doubt this one was intentional, and its not like the 25% slow it procs was going to change the way we play anyhow. Lots bigger issues to start a lynching over.

I have no spells, I don't even have the expansion yet actually (its in the mail).
Nor have I been able to log in for almost a week now (school sucks...specially when they block my patcher ports! *shakes fist*)
So...I can't just log in and have fun in the arena. =(

Isnt it sad when the broken version of our spell, only used to kill people you dont like, will be used more than the fixed version?
Even when this spell was 75% during beta I feedbacked that it was pointless/useless unless it is given a massive, like -100 chromatic or better, resist adjustment. As it is, we cant depend on this spell for ANYTHING, 25% slow means everything has to be slowed anyways with normal spells, and means this spell will remain unused.
What i said during beta, and still say now is, if they dont want to make it the type of slow that lands on things we couldnt land slow on anyways (ie a reason to use it in the first place) just give us the same heal proc one that druids get so we can at least have something usefull. (even if it's /another/ short duration buff we need to keep memed)
