People who enter Beta (or other programs) join based on a non-disclosure agreement, saying that they will not reveal, confirm, deny, or otherwise leak information which is not available to the general public.
People may discuss anything that the patcher pushes out to them, aware (as we always have been) that such information is subject to change and misinterpretation.
If you are under NDA, either don't comment about information you are bound not to comment on, or only make comments based on non-NDA data.
This hasn't been a problem in the past, and hopefully it will not become one in the future.
General speculation is normal, and I see no reason to limit it.
