Test Server resetaa question

This morning I logged on to attempt to do another resetaa (after doing one yesterday) and it said I had to wait a week (minus the time between when I reset and when I tried again) to reset my aa again.

Is this character dependent?
Is this account dependent?
Could I do another /testcopy and do /resetaa again?
Would I need to delete my character on test before doing the above to restart the /resetaa timer?
