Lucy says that crippling counterbias has a different slow component for rank 2 (restoring counterbias slow II vs restoring counterbias slow.) It slows for the same amount and has the same disease counters. The cripple component is the same between both ranks. I wonder why they created separate slows. Anyone in beta have any insight?
