Am I missing something on this?

Was just reading through the Druid AA list, and saw this

It says .5 sec cast NO RECAST? That can't be right. Even if it is only for 1350, it is basically saying you can chain nuke with this every .5 seconds? (let alone the secondary part that only works on 75% or higher health)

That seems kind of handy. Is there an error in the recast time?

There is a delay in being able to immediately recast the spell, about 25 or 30 sec, don't remember which it is. A zero recast time for that spell means you can immediately cast a different spell, be it either an AA spell or a memmed spell.

AA abilities do not have recast times on the spells. They have reuse timers attached to the AA. This is an AA.

The "Recast Time: 0.0 sec" thing is so that it doesn't get a super boost from +Spell Damage mod on items. Cooldown timer on the button is what really affects how often you click it. The same thing had to be done to a pally group heal AA. Before +heal amount, the healing spell that the AA cast had the same recast time as the AA cooldown timer. It didn't mean anything, but they were made to match just for kicks. When the mod came out, all of a sudden the heal aa was hitting for like 45 bagillion hp, because of the meaningless recast time. That was fixed~
