Seems they also snuck in a new Level 59 Disc! A 12-sec Weapon sheild!

It's called Deflection Discipline and its sold in the PoK Library (Pally Tome guy).

It does appear you need to have your shield equipped when using it, by the discription.

It has a 40 Minute reuse timer.

Charge for honor rank 3 not rank 2, is bought from zebuxoruk in void, I'm not sure what the exact details are for unlocking this as if it's void a b or c. I can tell you I was able to buy it after my guild completed the blackburrow and bertox temple raids, rottrued and malarian queen respectively. And I think it was 165 Chronobines, going to check now... will edit my post after I've checked.

Doing the above also unlocks archaic plate stuff.

Ash, rk. 1 of Charge is bought in Void, not rk. 2. I don't think rk. 2 has been found yet.

If you'd like to make a character on zek, i'd be more than happy to prove to you that I have charge for honor rank 3. I logged in and double checked this.

*edit* I'd also like to point out that in the rank 3 thread what I've said about charge for honor rank 3 is confirmed by 2-3 people. In short, charge for honor rank 3 is on zeb, after you beat blackburrow and temple of bertox raids.

Not doubting you, Ash, heh... But I can see charge for honor 1 on Zeb with Void B access. I'm just saying you get BOTH rk 1 and rk 3 from him Should also mention that I'm nowhere near SoD raiding, so you can see a lot more than I can.

Ok, not sure how you'd get rank 1 from him though, need more info on that. I went there a few times and he never had it, but the only progression I've done in SoD so far is ikky mask and 2 raids /shrug

Raspar's is showing that we get 2 rank 2 spells (Charge for Honor and Burst of Dawnlight) from Kuua faction at warmly, and none from the Rathe theme faction. Is this supposed to be this way? Every other class has 1 spell per faction, I'm wondering if perhaps it's showing up on the wrong vendor.

It's confirmed on the rank 3 post, I got it after doing rottrued and malarian queen raids for void b access. And I confirmed the price @ 330 Chronobines.
