Righteous Vexation, Indignation Lines

Righteous Vexation, and Indignation lines are not resetting in a full buff situation, if you use it when you are at full buffs it just wastes it according to the buff window. Any chance we can get this looked into to set it up with a failsafe on a full buff condition. Inquisitor's judgement has this failsafe, but righteous line does not.

Kind of makes you wish they hadn't nerfed it in the first place. Or at least left the mechanics alone and scaled back the damage modifier.

Always click of some early clicky buff when you use it to make it get first in line with other proc buffs, like before Zealous Fury for example for better proc rate. I doubt they changes discs/ to not loose timer if overbuffed when using.
