Spell Effect: Places the mark of the pious on your target, dealing 105 damage each time the target strikes another creature and healing 60 hit points for your allies each time they strike the target.

1: Decrease damage shield by 60
2: Reverse Damage Shield (105)

This has bugged me for a while. When I cast this on a mob I get a message saying the mob is hit for 105 points of non melee damage, which is the reverse damage compoonent, but I only get healed for 29 points and not 60, when I hit the mob, can any one explain why this is?

Iirc it was based on your weapon swing speed, slower weapons get closer to the amount, faster get less

What Riou said. But we never see weapons with a dly high enough to max it and if we did we wouldn't swing them because they'd be useless. IIRC it was implemented to reduce the healing benefit from people who used 19 dly weapons and scale the healing appropriately but it is just one of those things the devs are out of touch with.
