Adding in some pretty good stuff today for the Feb patch.
Headshot, Assassinate, and Finishing Blow are getting some changes. In the past these abilities all had their function and damage limited by some ancient hidden magiks in the code somewhere. Today I'm doing the following:
Damage will be increasing from the initial level up to max, instead of the current fixed damage amount. The scaling of this will start at 32k damage and go up from there. The scaling will be pretty significant and worthwhile.
Max level for these abilities to trigger will be equal across all classes (no more disparity between Rogue, Ranger). Starting level to purchase these abilities will also be the same.
The health percentage requirement will increase slightly per level as well, giving players a greater chance to have Finishing Blow actually trigger.
We EXPECT there to be some tweaking on these post implementation, so don't be surprised or alarmed if we adjust things (either up or down) after they're released.

Hopefully that will mean the cap to slay will be removed also, since I think it s the same archaic code.
