was only 6 seconds not 8 and, the new burst was knocked from 6 to 3 (not the standard 1.5 though), dunno what they mean by that, have to wait till next test patch probably this week

test patch knocked its fizzle time from 6 to 3 on this version as well

Anyone know if they plan to fix it for the other burst spells? I still use burst of morrow to avoid the fizzles..
