Just logged in. Inquisitor's Judgment has refresh timer of 12 minutes. 20 procs or 5 mins duration. Whichever comes first. I guess additional ranks increase the amount of damage produced?

Bought 4 ranks of Inquisitor's Judgement.

Base DD is 1626. Crit is 3365.

6267 x 10 = 1044 dps increase and glyph/7th not factored in. Of course that is if we crit on every proc which isn't likely but the potential is nice with bard clicks it could go higher.

Baseline was 400 so we will get anywhere from 400-1k dps and potentially higher because bards have mods to increase PPM.

Positives are: affected by rush to judgement and triggers healing light.

Maybe I missed this but anyone have any idea on the hate generated from Disruptive Persecution? I am thinking of just swapping this in place of Force of Disruption when tanking altogether.

I've maxed this now as well. I get a base DD of 2428 and crits of 5052. Twinproc did not seem to affect it at all - it never procced twice, although I could have just gotten unlucky.

The agro it generate is a serious issue tho. Hulking, try to talk with Eli and ask him for a hate reduction of some kind linked to this AA, not like we are in need of more agro.

the whole point of the mana cost was to try and get it focusable. The fact that it costs mana etc but proc MR is pretty dumb too.

I agree with shiftie thought haveing the mana cost added to disruptive persecution was so it could become focusable

and inquisitor judgement probably could use some type of hate reduction on it has some major argo and from what ive noticed it can be twinproced so that is nice. I dont think we really need 2 worry about having the timer adjusted to make sure u proc it all n 60 secs or so from what ive noticed most the time i go threw the procs n around 1.5 mins to 2 mins max.

overall i think this is a good step n the right direction with the aa's we got on this patch it defintly helpped us n a few areas we could used some help n.

Any news about making it focusable yet? not much point adding mana to it if it can't even be focused.

That really suck, hate ability that don't scale with gear.
3k unfocusable nuke isn't really hot when you consider how far behind in dps we are, wouldn't be too much to ask to have it being focusable.

From my tests, it also don't use mana flare, twincast aura, etc etc. I supose it is becouse it is not focusable so it is not just the scale with gear, we lose a big chunk of "spell focused" dps.

Beside it s an AA, not a spell so mana cost is regardless, many class got nuke ability/DD that cost 0 and still scales.
There was just no point adding mana cost in if it s not going to be focusable.

Sucks that it isnt focusable and doesnt work with MR or Twincast but with a glyph running it still crits for over 10k so meh it will do : P

it is a 400-960ish dps upgrade - the mana cost is fine. It would be nice if it was focused but that all depends on their goal for the ability. If they want it to provide more than 1k dps then sure we can fight for it but I doubt they want us to gain all that dps from one ability otherwise he would have gone with my original proposal.

And about spelldmg mod3.
My 300 s.dmg adds only 75 damage to my DP casts. It should be 407 damage.
Would be nice if this was fixed to.

Its right at 510 dps when chain cast every 9 seconds, with max crit rate, and 300 spell dmg.
