Shackles of Tunare AA bug

Shackles is currently on the same timer as the spires. Everytime you cast shackles it puts your spires on 10 min recast.

I sent a pm to Elidroth but can you follow up with him Hulking? This is one of those things that needs to be fixed with the next patch.

AA - Shackles of Tunare and Fundament First/Second/Third Spire of Holiness on same timer - Cast Shackles and it greys out all 3 spires. Thats bad!

AA - Spell Casting Mastery - cost is borked: it goes 6/3/9 for the respective ranks. Assuming its sposed to be 3/6/9.

AA - Gift of Mana - required level is 81, even though it only works on 65-70 spells. Then Gift of Raidant Mana is required lvl 71, GoERM is required lvl 76, and GoAERM is lvl 81. Not sure whats intended here, but its kinda borked.




Spell - Glorious Vindication rk1/2/3 - has a "Stun" spell gem icon (2059?). Should probably be "Magic Nuke" gem icon (2119?). Kinda confusing. Category is also listed as Stun [targeted]. Dunno if that matters or not, if it needs to be Dir. Dmg [targeted]?

Spell - Protective Confession rk1/2/3 - The heal portion is still borked (as you probably know) its not ToTT'ing. The heal is also un-focusable.....Healing Adept/Gift, and Heal Amount mods from gear work on it, but some reason worn focus isn't working. Twinheal also does not work on it. Also would love for the heal amount to be increased if possible.

Spell - Crush of Compunction rk1/2/3 - hate override disappeared.



Spell Aquisition - Honorific Armor Rk1 not obtainable in game. Rank 1's seem to be rewarded from progression tasks....Honorific Armor isn't on any of them.

Spell Aquisition - Glorious Vindication Rk1 and Protective Confession Rk1 are both rewards from completing "Scent of a Woman" mission. Meaning you have to chose 1 or the other, and then do the mission again to get the other one. Shouldn't one of them be obtained from finishing Seeding Frenzy, The Search for Saunk, or one of the other several progression missions?

Greater immobilize also says -30 MR.

This seems to be the same thing with 50% mana cost and 150% max duration.

Does it perform any better than these numbers imply? Resisted less or early-break less than greater immobilize?

The nature of how root works is the reason why roots generally suck unless they are the AA like VP (shaman) or PP (necro). Every tick the spell checks against the resist check to break or hold. As far as shackles vs any other root spell. Shackles is the beesknees because of the .75 cast time/instant recast. On that virtue alone it is nearly better than any other root in the game. You can buy the strong root aa's and it will break less often. Also, mana cost is irrelevant this is by far one of the lowest mana cost spells in terms of frequency of cast over the years vs all other paladin spells.

There is no substitute - unless of course they give us something new/better with the same cast/recast times.
