The spell have a cast time of 5 seconds base, any chance we could get the cast time reduced and the recast time incresed eventually linking it with previus versions of puity spells if needed ?

Considering the amount of counters are low and it takes several casts to cure something increasing the recast would be more detrimental than the actual cast time.

With spell haste I have a spell cast time of 3.5. Join in the effort to get AA to reduce the cast time on all are targeted cures much like the quick buff AA. What you are asking for is actually worse than the current situation.

Fair enough my main problem mostly come from trying to channel it while im tanking so faster cast time would benefit me there, but any solution to drop the cast time would be good.

I would hop on that bandwagon, I hate our current cure status.
