Yea, I felt totally screwed by this too since I misunderstood the meaning. I thought about petitioning, but I knew it would not have any grounds and would be rejected, so I decided not to waste my time. Either way, those AA's are a complete cop-out for any real upgrades for RC.

WoW I totally missed that...go go cast time reduction i didn't even notice..... Good thing there aren't many useful left for me or I'd be bummed I bought it. Reading > me. Thanks.

It isn't as useless as it sounds, get into Korafax v the mana drain dot casting mobs and that 1 sec cast time reduction is useful to say the least!
