No spell drops are mob specific. I think the last instance of such a scheme was Dead Men Floating from Chardok.

I had it drop off a mob randomly in kaesora's library.

Two of the paladins in my guild swear they got it from that named, so not sure what to tell ya. I camped him a while and he didn't drop any spells for me, only loots. Might just be a coincidence that this mob does drop it if any mob can drop it. We did see spell drops from other trash while camping him, just not mine yet.

EDIT: while this is by no means any 100% indicator of anything, according to magelo and their item database, the spell Brell's Loamy Ward Rk II has been looted from a tower protector in Kurn's Tower. That is the only mob they have observed it dropping from.

For those that don't know, magelo's item collector is run on a volunteer basis by folks and they can observe what items come from what mobs and how many times. All this does is conclude that it does NOT drop only from some named, and it gives you one more place to slaughter in and see if you can find.

Kaesora Library- random trash in the West wing. I've also heard (but not personally seen) reports of it dropping from trash in Warrens. Goodluck!

Hope this drops better than Brell's Earthen Aegis Rk II. Never did end up getting that stingy spell.

It's somewhat less random since spell drops are concentrated by level in the different themes.

I had a guildmate get his in Rathe.

Got mine in Kurns top floor.

It also dropped in Steam Factory and S.H.I.P.

Have seen it drop x2 at ENTRANCE from trash mobs in Kurn's Tower (has been a while, but fergot to post lol)

I saw this in the GH zone, I was just standing there and suddenly it popped up in my trade window you hear an Emote "Grats" just before it pops, but I heard it is a rare pop, so good luck out there
