Veteran's Wrath 7-9

I just came back from a two year break and trying to catching up on AA, what is the return of VW rank 7-9, is it same as the previous six or reduced effect? 28 AA is not a small investment for me so I'd rather not do it if it does not give a good return verse investment.

Its not as big of jump as 1-6, but its ok I guess. I recall seeing the actual values last year, but thats about all I recall. As a general rule of thumb, the first 3 or 6 ranks of all AAs are going to have the biggest impact, and anything after that is just an expensive little bonus. I'm sure theres a couple anomolies out there (Slay Undead for instance), but its generally true for the majority of AAs.
