The Spirit Realm

When I got SoF and considered where to spend my 35 AA's saved/redeamed.. I bought new spell gem, AA rezz, and the 1st rank of auto healing proc.. than I wanted to upgrade my shield block.. BUT when I looked to get it.. I did not see it.. So I asked in guild chat about it and I was told upgrade to shield block NEVER made it to live servers cause it was deemed to powerful and unbalancing!!.. Any comments from others "in the know" about this... Spent an hour of so in blood moon testing myself at level 76 against red con orcs... DAMN! they hit hard... more shield block would have helped...

Someone's messing with ya I guess as it is live. I can't remember, but I think it's listed under class. I'm not sure if I am remembering correctly, but I don't believe you can buy level 4 until 77... not sure though.
