Does anyone have an idea of how much each level of LoH heals? Is it a percent or strict hp? I do know that with my 10/16 I was able to heal at least 14.5 hp.

LoH uses a standard pcLevel * value formula for all ranks of the AA -- Each new rank of the AA increases the value of the preceeding rank by 8% or so.

* Level 50 - 10550 (free)
* Level 55 - 12595 (3 points)
* Level 60 - 14940 (4 points)
* Level 65 - 17615 (5 points)
* Level 70 - 20650 (5 points)
* Level 75 - 24075 (7 points)
* Level 80 - 27920 (8 points)

That's the healing value for each rank at the level before you're able to purchase the next rank, just for clarity's sake.

This needs sticky at least for a while

I'm not positive, but I believe it is also affected by Healing Ability, Gift, and heal gear. I got a 31k Lay of Hands crit at 75 with no additional AAs in the Lay of Hands line. Healing Adept 9, and Blessing of Anguish.

It is definitely affected by other factors. I did not buy anymore AA's and I'm getting much higher heals and at this point, don't feel the need to purchase more AA's.
