A question about procs

What take priority ?
Weapons innate procs, aug procs from weapon, spell procs like panther, pius fury ? and if more than 1 what comes first ?
For my purpose.
If you use weapons who have specific procs, snare, tash, slow you want those to go off as fast as possible and not be intercepted by otehr procs.

From what I understand you can have one weapon proc happen ( innatte, aug in that order), one buff proc in order of buffs and one AA proc per round but not 100% sure on this.

I believe its:
Weapon - Aug - Spell
I imagine spell procs probably work by whichever spell slot the proc is in.
