Paladin Burst DPS AA (Approve + Move!)

After a long break in posts (work's been hell lately , figured I'd give this place another shot
We had a good inter-class discussion/debate going about getting pallies some kind of respectable DPS AA.
Originally, I thought Holyforge revamp was a good route, though most pointed to the fact that it uses an ungodly re-use timer, making it worthless as "disc DPS". Additionally, I have recognized no significant improvement to live DPS from popping HF. Basically, all we get for live DPS (Holyforge) is a decent crit mod (200) + a gimp cripple mod (advertised 20%, actual parse ~8%), with a 67.5min refresh. Currently worthless to "full-burn" situations. Still poossibly useful w/AA adjustments--re-use timer cut in half (7/7/7 AAs, reduce timer by 11.25min per tier?) and DPS mods added per tier (Increase chance to hit by 25/50/100%?). Though again, modding HF would draw out non-pal complaints due to even greater undead DPS.
After upgrading to Fero V/Cleave V mods (and inching past 100acc in DPS gear), I see where further boosts in undead DPS may be unfavorable to non-pallies. Our undead DPS w/CleaveV/FeroV and acc (+100-150) is pretty darned respectable (<still using Vish stick w/Tunat aug- have CoA orb but I slack
). Our 2.5 pallies in guild give our token Zerker (2.5 w/Fero6, Cleave6) a hard run for his money vs. undead- if not inching past him due to lucky slay streaks on longer fights (DP/DK). While I still hope to eventually see innate slaymod increases, it seems this is not what the majority of the Pal community currently hopes for atm (give pure melee DPS another expansion or two of increases, I am betting these opinions will change).
In all-- it seems DPS-wise, most pallies are in agreement to needing some sort of short-term DPS disc, at least on par with Bards. Bards are hybrid, non-DPS (arguable I know) toons in themselves. For this reaosn, they are probably the most* fair class to use for disc comparison (vs. pure melee). Here's what Bards get (all 3 stack btw).

Thousand Blades appears to be most applicable to what Pals want. At a glance, it looks to cut the miss-rate by half, double crit damage, and add a slight mod to crit %. Short duration-- 60sec. Reasonable reuse timer-- 33min, 45sec. And applicable to live mobs.
Let's examine this Line by line.
1: Line 1 looks good. Most pallies would disc w/2hander vs. dual wield, but it doesn't seem over-powered DPS-wise. A RNG buddy of mine (CleaveV/FeroVI, acc~70ish) pointed out, his dw DPS (2.0/DK 1hb) vs. 2hand DPS (Vish 2hb) was similar, minus epic click.
2: Due to bards having no 2hander skill/AA, the critical damage line may*need watering down, if applied to pally disc. Maybe something more like Critical Damage Mob(150).
3: Increase chance to crit seems fine at 5%.
- Lastly, if* it sounds overpowered for undead, just add a line 4: Limit: Target(Undead excluded).
So... yeah! Can we get an Pal- community consensus on this? In terms of short-term "Burst" live DPS disc being desired-- is this* the sort of thing we are looking for? Let's move past discussion and into application asap if so! *Hulkling, mebbe move it up to the devs via SoE board, if we get a good show of hands from the masses? That's all I got atm!
