Must have TSS AA's ?

Hand of Disruption is a must for places like Frost Crypt, etc.
Other than that, nothing is a must have. More of the same stuff we already have and doesn't really change game play.
The following were ok:
Potential of Serpant Spine Nice to see 500+ buffed stats
Armor of the Inquisitor Refresh is too long for anything other than oh shit moments.
Hand of Tranquility Ridiculous how many AA's we've dumped into this ability.
Vet's Fury 1900's self buffed crits at level 3 with epic 2.0 and Tunat 5 dmg aug.
Things I plan to get soon for efficiencies sake but don't expect any eye catching improvement.
