Posted: Wed Oct 04, 2006 11:13 amit hasn't seemed very poweful at all in my soloing experiances, i'll have to do more testing. so far the bonus it's given my heals has seemed very small

Once you get the killing blow and the proc is active.. you only get a healing boost if YOU cast the heal on YOURSELF.. If the heal is cast by ANYONE else ya get zip, nada, butkus???
