11th Anniversary Aug Quest

Has anyone found a way of requesting this quest at level 90? I just keep getting the reply "you aretoo skilled ...".

Maybe bind yourself somewhere you can get killed over and over very quickly, then once you go down to 85 just request the mission and then use exp recovery to get all the xp back.

I just worked this one out, just say willing to the npc and he will grant you the level 85 quest. I have not completed it however as not find a good spot for killing lavaborn golem.
