Can someone *please* tell me what all of these silly modifications are on my items? Heal amount? Obviously it's going to increase my healing, but by how much? Is it really just one point per point on the items? Wth is clairvoyance? Is there some place explaining each one of these in detail?

If you go to your inventory, tab over to 'Stats', then hover your mouse over each name, it will give you a description of what each one does.

The added bonus from Heal Amount and Spell Damage are based on each spell's cast time and recast. The higher the recast and cast time, the more beneficial Heal Amount and Spell Damage is. Weapon procs, for example, are instant and have no recast, so they will get very little benefit.

Clairvoyance is a chance to get back some mana after you cast a spell. It was formulated a bit too low, and thats why you'll see this stat much higher than the other 2.

(for the record, these are considered Mod 3's)
