Lance of Solteris drop rate

I am trying to confirm some info on the drop rate of the paladin only weapon in Solteris, Lance of Solteris. Someone told me last night that only 2 had dropped for the entire Tunare server so far, even though there are several guilds that are farming Solteris and beyond. So, for the uber here, does anyone have any ideas on how many times they killed Solt7 and how many times that weapon has dropped for them?

We're slowing down, if not completely stopping Solteris runs, but Silent Resurgence on the Nameless has 3 Lance's drop out of 23 runs.
